This product is a mixture of ultra high viscosity polydimethylsiloxane alcohol mixed with low viscosity polydimethylsiloxane. In the cosmetic 
formulation system, a water-repellent and breathable film can be formed to improve the affinity of active ingredients, increase the spreading uniformity, give silky smooth and increase aesthetic feeling after use.
